Services for International Students

IT Sligo has some of the best lecture halls in the country, with library facilities also highly regarded. Sports and recreation are available and centered around the Knocknarea Arena, with an astro pitch, running track, fully equipped gym and outdoor activities like surfing, sailing, fishing and mountaineering.

There are over 30 clubs and societies to choose from and the Students Services building offers a number of support services to international students and has a lounge, a prayer room, TV, sofas and bean bags.

Accommodation is amply available with over 2,000 beds across seven purpose-built student accommodations, all within a short distance of IT Sligo. Flats or shared houses are very affordable and attractive. Options include The Gateway Apartments, Yeats Village and Lake Isle Accommodation. There are also a number of popular areas off campus including Mulberry Park, The Mall and Clarion Village.

IT Sligo is within walking distance from Sligo town centre and one hour away from the Ireland West Airport. 3 hours away from Dublin, the town is easily accessible by bus, rail and road connections.

SI-UK's service is fast, reliable and efficient. Their consultants are specialists, working closely with all UK universities and, through my consultants' advice and application assistance, I was able to receive offers from my favoured universities.
